Do you have beauty products you just can't live without?
Here are mine:
Bare Minerals Original Foundation $27.00 at Sephora
I have been using Bare Minerals Loose Power Foundation since 2006. I was never a fan of liquid foundation from the start. When I tried out Bare Minerals I was hooked. It gives medium coverage and doesn't feel heavy or cakey. One jar lasts me a good 6 months depending on if I mix it with other colors (which I do in the summer when I start getting a tan).
Zoom Lash $16.00 at MAC
I have tried many many mascaras over time and I have never found one I am absolutely in love with. Zoom Lash is pretty close. It gives you a open eyed dramatic look without making your lashes clumpy. You definitely have to master the wand and make sure you don't have too much mascara on it. It is worth a try if you are looking for a new mascara.
Fix + $10-$21.00 at MAC
For those of you that don't know, Fix + is a makeup setter. You spray it on your face after applying you makeup and it helps set it and helps make it last. You can respritz throughout the day to freshen up your makeup. I usually reapply before going out if I don't feel like redoing my makeup.
Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly $20.00 at MAC
I my Paint Pot as a shadow primer. You put it on before your shadow to help the shadow stay on longer and look more brilliant. This stuff lasts forever so its worth the price you pay for it. I maybe buy a new one once a year.
e.l.f. Studio Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths $3.00 at eyeslipsface.com
Before using these I was spending $25.00 on a pack of 100 wipes at MAC. These wipes work just as good and are less money. The pack comes with 25.
Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper $18.00 at Sephora
This is the best liquid line I have found to date. The tip does take some getting used to but the liner lasts all day. It gives such a glamorous look you can create several different looks with it. I buy maybe one a year.
Viva Glam V Lipstick and Lip Gloss $15.00/each at MAC
I love love love this lip color in both the lipstick and gloss. It looks great on any skin tone and is very natural.
