Hey Guys,

With the holidays right around the corner, I wanted to share my favorite red lip products. I don't wear red that often. Probably a handful of times a year. However, it always photographs so pretty! Blue based red lipstick also makes your teeth look whiter! My favorite times of the year to wear red lip products are Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and the 4th of July. Below are some of my favorite brands and shades that are my go-tos when rocking a red lip. I have linked all available products in the text link above the image as well as in the "Shop this Post" below. Keep reading to hear about my favorites!

Hey Guys,

Today I'm going to share my Amazon Holiday Gift Guide. Between the ease of online shopping and COVID I know that many people are choosing to do a majority of their shopping online this year. Amazon is the one stop shop for everyone on your list! They make shopping super easy and their delivery service is unlike any other. This guide has taken me hours and hours to put together because I wanted to make sure that I not only included gifts for women, men, and children but also at all different price points. I have broken down the gift guides into different categories for the adults and age groups for the kids. Below I have created different collages to highlight some items from each guide. I have linked all of the gifts pictured in these collages plus many more under "Shop This Gift Guide". If you prefer you can head to my shoppable Amazon storefront where I have also linked all of these items. Keep reading to check out my gift guides below!

Femme Luxe Loungewear

*PR Samples. I was sent these items in exchange for a blog post. However, the thoughts and opinions in this post are my own. I am always 100% honest in my reviews for all products discussed on my blog. Thank you for supporting Leopard Lace and Cheesecake!

Hey Guys,

Today I'm going to share some cute loungewear pieces from Femme Luxe. If you are new to my blog, I have worked with Femme Luxe a few times last year. They are a UK based brand that sells super affordable and stylish clothing. They carry a wide array of styles of clothing; From lounge wear to casual pieces and club wear. UK sizing does tend to be different from US sizes. They have conversion charts on their site but I have also notes sizes below.

Here are the standard conversions:

UK 6 8 10 12

US  2 4 6 8

You can check out my previous Femme Luxe posts HERE and HERE

As a Femme Luxe influencer, I am able to pick pieces from a influencer site that offers specific pieces. I wanted to choose pieces that I would actually wear. All of the pieces that I chose were loungewear. Since March, I have been working from home because of COVID and only recently started going back to the office part time. At home, I want to be comfy yet still feel cute. I don't like sitting around in my pajamas all day so these loungewear pieces that I chose are perfect. I decided to take this styled shots in my own home setting since I really don't go many places anymore. I styled them all with my slippers because these are the footwear I wear almost everyday of the week! My pup Jax decided to make a cameo in some of the pics. Keep reading to hear about the pieces that I chose!

I have found that I am normally a size 10 in UK sizes which equates to a 6 in US sizes. If the clothing does not have much stretch to it I go up a size. I got a size 10 in all 4 of the loungewear outfits and they all fit true to size.

Jade GreenCrop Ribbed Two Piece Co-ord Set Suzi $26.18

This set is super cute and I love the color! I also love the ribbed material on all of these outfits. I feel like it dresses them up. You could easily add some cute heels and accessories and wear this out for brunch or dinner.

Hey Guys,

It's been quite a while since I did an outfit of the day post. I really love doing them but finding the time on the weekend is what is tough for me. We are always on the go so taking the time to snap some pics is something that I need to get better at. I don't do many indoor outfit pics but with winter right around the corner I may try to change that. I wanted to take the time to do an outfit post sharing my favorite fall fashion staples. I have been so obsessed with cropped peasant blouses, booties, and snakeskin this season. I really enjoyed taking pieces that I envisioned together and bringing the outfit to life. Keep scrolling to see the outfit! I will also link the individual pieces (or something similar) below!

Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my Ipsy Glam Bag Plus for October! For those of you unfamiliar with Ipsy Glam Bag, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 5 deluxe/sample sized products each month. The subscription is $12.00 a month and usually has a theme. They also offer an upgraded box every month called Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. I was so impressed with my Glam Bag Plus last month.

I also found out some exciting news at the end of August. I am part of Ipsy's Beauty Influencer Community called Ipsy Open Studios (Ipsy OS). They started a new Ipsy OS program where they send their influencers complimentary Ipsy Glam Bag and Glam Bag Plus each month to showcase the subscription to their followers. There are also other perks to this program and I'm so excited and grateful to be part of it. Keep an eye out on my Instagram (@TanyaL527) to see the products featured each month. I decided that I am still going to keep the Glam Bag Plus subscription that I pay for as well because I REALLY love the choice feature that is now offered. Being able to pick what is in your bag is a game changer! I will only review the bag that I pay for on my blog each month an I will share the complimentary bags on Insta stories and on my feed. The theme for this month's bag was Ipsy Magic! Keep reading to see what I got in my bag this month!

They are most well known for their skincare products such as the infamous Glow Tonic. Their new products consist of 2 new eyeshadow palettes and 2 new face quads. On to my thoughts:
These shadows aren't super pigmented at first swipe but more buildable. The shimmers are definitely more pigmented than the mattes and apply best with your finger. I actually used a Pixi Endless Shade Stick on my lids first with both that looks that I created with these Eye Effects palettes. Doing so helps the shimmer look even more pigmented on the lids. I was really happy with the look that I created using this palette. You can check it out on my IG reels HERE and HERE.

    On to my thoughts:
I thought that this was a great palette for fall! The colors remind me of the changing leaves during this time of year. I love the warm tones and especially liked the green shade which I used to create a look. Again, I used a Pixi Endless Shade Stick as a base to make the green shimmer shade pop more on my lid. You can check that out HERE.

    On to my thoughts:
I thought this palette was beautiful! The highlight shades are so pretty especially the pink shade that seems to shift in color. I love that these palettes can not only be used on the face but also on the eyes. I have been using both palettes non stop but this one is my favorite of the two.

Review: New Pixi Beauty Eye Effects Palettes and Nuance Quartettes

    On to my thoughts:
This palette is also pretty but the dark pink blush isn't my favorite. I prefer more subtle blushes like the second blush in this palette. Both highlighters are so pretty. The lighter highlighter works better for a highlight on me and the more pinkish purple highlighter would be better as a blush topper or eyeshadow.

Overall, I really like all four palettes. While not every shade in every palette worked for me; there are definitely some gorgeous shades in each palette! However, if I had to pick which palette type that I would recommend more I would say the Nuance Quartettes. They are more versatile considering that you can use them on your face and your eyes. My favorite of the bunch is definitely Honey Nectar.

    Favorite Neutral Lip Products

    Hey Guys,

I've been trying to mix things up and share different content besides reviews and unboxings. Today I am going to share my all time favorite neutral lip products! If you have been following me for a while now you know that 90% of the time I am wearing nude/neutral shades on my lips. I think reds are beautiful but they are very high maintenance. I wear those a few times a year but other than that I don't get very colorful with my lips. I have never been a fan of bright shades like hot pinks or fuchsias. Neutral/nude shades are just so easy to wear and great for everyday. I have an insane amount of lipstick so narrowing it down was pretty hard. Keep reading to find out my favorites!

    Hey Guys,

Today I'm going to share my favorite ColourPop Super Shock Shadows. For those of you unfamiliar with ColourPop, they are a USA based affordable and cruelty free beauty brand. Located in California, ColourPop manufacturers all of their own products locally. They are one of my favorite affordable beauty brands and have been around since 2013/2014. They have a full range of complexion and color products as well as sister brands that cover skincare and bodycare. The first product that they launched was their Super Shock Shadow. These shadows came in a large range of finishes and has a unique bouncy texture. They are super pigmented and last all day without creasing. The best part is that the shadows only cost $6.00 each! I have gathered quite a large collection of Super Shock Shadows over the years. They are my favorite shadows to use on my lid or as a lid topper over other shadows. They are also awesome for creating a quick look with one shadow swiped across the lids. The shadows apply the best and most pigmented using your finger to apply them to the lids.

    Favorite ColourPop Super Shock Shadows
For some reason, they don't offer as many finishes as they used to. I really hope that they release more finishes like before. I wanted to share my favorite super shock shadows that I own because I think they are a really great product and very affordable. I have hit pan on most of them and always replace my favorites if they are still being made. Ulta carries a small selection of Super Shock Shadows as well. I just saw some on sale the other day for $3.50 each!

You receive 5 deluxe/sample sized products each month. The subscription is $12.00 a month and usually has a theme. They also offer an upgraded box every month called Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. This box is $25.00 a month and includes 5 FULL SIZED products. They recently added new features to Glam Bag Plus. You are now able to choose 3 of the products in your box and Ipsy chooses 2 for you. Ipsy's picks are based of your beauty quiz/product reviews. They also offer another box called Ipsy Glam Bag Ultimate. This box is $50.00 a month and includes 8 FULL SIZED products and 4 deluxe/sample sized products. I am currently only subscribed to Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. The Glam Bag and Glam Bag Ultimate subscriptions come with a makeup bag (different sizes per subscription type). For Glam Bag Plus, you now get your products in a drawstring bag instead of a themed bag like the other two subscription levels. For Glam Bag you are able to pick two items in your bag. With Glam Bag Ultimate you are able to pick one. You are also able to skip a month whenever you feel like it which is a huge bonus offering. I was so excited about the new features of Glam Bag Plus that started this month. Keep reading to see what I got in my box!

    Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share a brand I'm really excited about. The brand is called treStique and they are all about simple and quick beauty. I heard about the brand years ago when I got a mini shadow stick of theirs in my Ipsy Glam Bag. I remember really liking the product and even including it in one of my monthly favorites. Flash forward to 2020 I was re-introduced to treStique and I looked into it some more. I was very intrigued by the whole idea of "simple quick beauty". I have never been able to do my makeup quickly but with COVID and wearing less makeup in general, I really liked the idea of this. Their products are meant to be quick and easy for the mom or woman on the go or for someone that just doesn't want to spend a lot of time doing their makeup. treStique products are about convenience and are meant to enhance your natural beauty. The product lines cover everything from foundation, concealer, shadow/liner/mascara, brows, bronzer, concealer, and lip products. You can purchase these products individually or in sets. They even have mini sets if you don't want to commit to the full sizes just yet. The best part, all treStique products are super travel friendly! Keep reading to learn more about these products and to hear my thoughts on each.

    Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on some of the products in the ColourPop Pretty Fresh Complexion line! They just launched their new Pretty Fresh Foundation a couple of weeks ago. The rest of the line has been out for a while. I didn't like their first No Filter Foundation so I wasn't in a hurry to try this one. After hearing a lot of positive reviews on both the concealer and tinted moisturizer I decided to pick up those as well. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on each!
