Review: Dose of Colors Truffle Eyeshadow Palette

Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Dose of Colors Truffle Eyeshadow Palette. I am already a fan of the Truffle Matte Liquid Lipstick and the formula of DOC eyeshadows. Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my Ipsy Glam Bag Plus for March! For those of you unfamiliar with Ipsy Glam Bag, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 5 deluxe/sample sized products each month. The subscription is $12.00 a month and usually has a theme. They also offer an upgraded box every month called Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. This box is $25.00 a month and includes 5 FULL SIZED products. You are able to choose 3 of the products in your box and Ipsy chooses 2 for you. Ipsy's picks are based of your beauty quiz/product reviews. They recently discontinued Ipsy Glam Bag Ultimate and replaced it with a quarterly upgrade called Glam Bag X. This box is $50.00 a quarter and includes 8 FULL SIZED products from higher end brands. I am currently only subscribed to Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. All three subscriptions come with a themed makeup bag each month (different sizes per subscription type). For Glam Bag Plus, you get your products in a drawstring bag which is also themed. For Glam Bag you are able to pick two items in your bag. You are also able to skip a month whenever you feel like it which is a huge bonus offering. I've been trying to mix things up and share different content besides reviews and unboxings. Today I am going to share my all time favorite neutral lip products! If you have been following me for a while now you know that 90% of the time I am wearing nude/neutral shades on my lips. I think reds are beautiful but they are very high maintenance. I wear those a few times a year but other than that I don't get very colorful with my lips. I have never been a fan of bright shades like hot pinks or fuchsias. Neutral/nude shades are just so easy to wear and great for everyday. I have an insane amount of lipstick so narrowing it down was pretty hard. Keep reading to find out my favorites!

It's been years since I've done a yearly Best of Beauty. However, I am trying to switch up my posts and create content other than just reviews and unboxings. I have decided to do a Best of Beauty post instead of a video because I can never find the time to sit down and film and then edit YouTube videos. It takes way too long and the views just aren't enough to justify it. Also, I am really hoping that people will start reading blogs more often! I decided to break up my Best of Beauty into two segments; makeup and skincare. I have also decided to pick a drugstore/affordable option for some of the categories when I mention a high end brand. The subscription is $25.00 a month and usually has a theme. You are now able to pick one item in your box each month but it is more of a this item or that. Not any item in your box. They also offer an upgraded box every quarter called BoxyLuxe. This is an additional $28.99 a quarter.  BoxyCharm Premium is their 3rd subscription offering and its $35.00 a month. You get 6-7 Full Sized items in your box. The theme for November was "Boxy Stellar". Today I will be sharing the October edition of Beauty Box Throw Down. In this review I will be sharing what I got in both my BoxyCharm and my Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. Since I am signed up for BoxyLuxe I will only be doing these when I get both boxes that are comparable in price. Beauty Box Throw Down is very similar to the regular reviews that I do where I show the products, link the products, share my thoughts, and the box total value.
