February Favorites & Flops

Hey Guys,

Today I'm going to share my favorite products for February. I have been trying ALOT of new products. It's hard to narrow down just a few so I have a few more than normal this month. I am trying my best to get reviews banged out so you will see a lot in the coming weeks. I am super excited that spring is almost here. The warm weather and longer days just put me in a better mood. I don't really have any big plans for the spring or summer but I am hoping to plan something fun at some point! Check out my video below to see the products that I was loving this month!

Review: BoxyCharm December 2017 & Limited Edition Box

Hey Guys,

Happy New Year! I had over a week off after Christmas and had all these plans to get stuff done before going back to work after the new year.  While I did get some things done, I have been super sick for the past few days and it has halted my blog work. I have a ton of reviews to bang out but right now I need to focus on feeling better so that I can do so. Unit then, this is the long awaited  review of my BoxyCharm for December and the Limited Edition Box. For those of you unfamiliar with BoxyCharm, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 4-5 FULL SIZED products each month. The subscription is $21.00 a month and usually has a theme.  The theme for December was "Glitz & Glam". I wasn't super excited about this box at first glance but I did know that most items would get used. Review: Sigma Mr. Bunny Travel Brush Set

Hi Guys,

At IMATS Sigma Beauty was 30% off. I decided it was time to try some of their brushes that so many people rave about. This was the purchase that I was most excited about. 

Sigma Beauty Mr. Bunny Travel Brush Set $86.00

This set was $60.20 at IMATS. The kit includes 7 brushes and the brush holder. The Mr. Bunny Travel set is a vegan brush set.

Hey Guys,
I can't believe how fast May flew by! I am so excited for the Summer to be here! I didn't have a ton of favorites this month but I did have some awesome ones! They were a mix of both beauty and fashion.

Review: Sigma Beauty Warm Neutrals Palette

Hi Guys,

Aside from brushes, Sigma Beauty also has a full line of beauty products. I have always been interested in trying their eye shadow palettes so I decided to pick one up. Their palettes retail for $39.00 but I picked up this palette at IMATS for $27.50. Keep reading to hear my thoughts!

Sigma Beauty Warm Neutrals Palette $39.00

This palette includes 12 shadows with a mixture of mattes, satins, and shimmers.

Here are swatches of the shadows:

 Row 1: Oyster Sand, Sugar Milk, Mild Mannered, Dove

 Row 2: Fawn, Cinnamon, Russet, Balanced

Row 3: Cozy, Innocent, Optimistic, Warm Stone

These shadows are SUPER creamy and pigmented. I was so impressed with the quality of this palette. They blend awesome and I didn't notice any fading or creasing throughout the day. My favorite colors are Optimistic, Cinnamon, Russet, and Mild Mannered.

Here is a look that I created using this palette:

Brow: Sugar Milk

Transition: Innocent

Crease: Optimistic

Lid: Mild Mannered

Lower Lash Line: Innocent and Optimistic

Overall, I highly recommend this palette. I would even pay full price for this. This is a well rounded palette with great color selections. I would really like to try more shadow palettes from Sigma.

IMATS New York: The Experience

Hey Guys,

As most of you know,  I recently took a trip to New York to attend IMATS NY! It was my very first IMATS show and I was really happy that I got to experience it with one of my good friends and fellow makeup addicts El (The Beauty Isle). In this post, I will talk about my experience at IMATS and share the pictures that I took at the show. Just a warning...this is a VERY picture heavy post. On Friday night we met up with Jackie from Five Two Beauty! We had a nice dinner with her at an Italian restaurant and then hung out for drinks after. It was so awesome to meet someone that I have been blogging buddies with for so long. Jackie is such a sweetheart and we had a great time chatting with her.
