I also was happy when I first saw my glam room. The theme for this month was "Hey Jetsetter". For those of you unfamiliar with  Ipsy, it is a monthly beauty subscription service. For $10.00 a month, you get 4-5 deluxe to full size beauty products. To learn more you can check out my previous Ipsy reviews on my Subscription Reviews tab at the top of my blog.

Top 10 Drugstore Favorites Collab

Hey Guys,
Chelsea (from Tiger Love Beauty) asked me to join her and Ashley (from Ashley Sue Makeup) in a collab on their Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products. Before I started blogging, I probably wouldn't have had any drugstore favorites to talk about. However, over the past year and a half I have tried so many different drugstore products. I found out that there are definitely some amazing affordable products out there. You don't have to spend an arm and a leg to get a good beauty product. Drugstore cosmetic companies have definitely stepped up their game the past few years. I now use more affordable drug store products and only a small handful of more expensive high end brands on a regular basis.

To learn about my favorites, keep reading!

1. L'Oreal Infalliable Pro Matte 16 Hour Foundation $14.99

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
This is SUCH an amazing foundation! Its matte without being too heavy. It blends really nicely and lasts SO LONG. My makeup still looks pretty damn good after working all day long. This is def  becoming HG status. You can read my review HERE.

2. L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara $9.99

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
I have tried MANY different mascaras both high end and drug store. This has become hands down one of my favorites. Its affordable and I love how it makes my lashes look. This has quickly become my holy grail mascara.

3. Nyx Push Up Bra For Your Eyebrows $9.99

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
One day when I was at Ulta, I was looking at the Anastasia brow highlighter and the beauty associate recommended this Nyx product instead. Its a fraction of the price and is just a GREAT highlighter. I can't say much about the pencil side as I don't use it.

4. Maybelline Face Studio Master Conceal Concealer $8.99

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
I saw so many youtubers raving about this concealer and had to pick it up and try it out for myself. They were so right! This is an AMAZING concealer. Its SO creamy and a little goes a long way. It blends so nicely and has great coverage. I haven't noticed any creasing under my eyes either. It's definitely my favorite concealer right now. You can check out my review HERE.

5. Milani Baked Blush-(Favs Luminoso, Berry Amore, and Rose D'Oro) $8.49

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
I have a ton of blushes both high end and drugstore. I find myself reaching for these the most. They are great quality, super pigmented, and blend so nicely. I have my favorites, which I listed above. You can read some of my reviews HERE.

6. Maybelline Face Studio Master Prime Blur and Smooth Primer $9.99
Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
I was never wowed by a primer until I tried this one. Its not greasy and def makes my foundation go on alot smoother. It makes my face look flawless! You can read my review HERE.

7. Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers (Favs: Celestial, Big Bang, and Galaxy) $5.89
Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
I am not a huge gloss person in general. These first apply like a creamy gloss. However, they are actually more like a liquid lipstick. I love their pigmentation and how long they last on the lips. The applicator makes is super easy to create a precise clean look.

8. Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Liner $4.49

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
This is the perfect liner for you waterline. I use the Nude almost every day. It opens up your eyes but keeps it more of a natural day time look.

9. Nyx High Voltage Lipsticks $5.99

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
These are pretty new but they are quickly becoming one of my favorite non-matte lipsticks. They are SO CREAMY and SUPER pigmented. They feel so great on your lips and come in so many different colors.

10. Freeman Beautiful Masks $4.29

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
I have alot of different facial scrubs and masks both high end and drug store and I have to admit these are my favorite. These masks are so inexpensive and I love how clean my face feels after using them. My favorite hands down is the Avocado and Oatmeal Clay Mask. You can read my review HERE.

ONLINE: I decided I wanted to mention two more super affordable products that you may not be able to get in drugstores but you can most certainly get online.

City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blushes $4.99

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
This have to be my favorite blushes EVER! They are only $4.99 and are HUGE. They are matte which is my favorite finish and they are SO PIGMENTED. They also last ALL DAY LONG. I am in love with these. Def my HG blushes. You can check out my review of Papaya HERE.

ColourPop Lippie Stix $5.00

Top 10 Favorite Drugstore Products
I have a TON of lipsticks and lip products and general and these are BY FAR my favorite lipsticks that I own. I wear them most days of the week. They are such an amazing quality lipstick for only $5.00 each. Their matte and satin finishes are my favorite. If I had to pick one color that was my favorite, it would have to be Brink. You can check out my review of some of their Lippie Stix HERE.

Thanks to Chelsea for inviting me to do this collab!

Review: City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blushes

Hey Guys,
I picked up some more City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blushes at IMATS since they were only $3.00 each. I freakin' LOVE these blushes! This is going to be a short post but I just wanted to share swatches of each color. These blushes have the same great pigmentation and staying power as the other colors that I have. I chose to pick up three colors; Guava, Blackberry, and Blood Orange.

Review: City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blushes

Guava
Review: City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blushes
Guava is a coral/pink color. I have been wearing this all the time. Its a great everyday color.

Blackberry
Review: City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blushes
Blackberry is a plum/berry color. It looks great with purple or taupe shadows.

Blood Orange
Review: City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blushes
Blood Orange is a bright coral. Its pretty bright on me now but will look awesome when I have a tan this summer.

Here are swatches of each blush:

As you all know, I highly recommend these blushes. I actually wish I grabbed more colors at IMATS. I wear them more than any other blushes that I own. Their bronzers look really awesome too!

Review: Tat2u Makeup

Hey Guys,
Today I wanted to share my thoughts on some Tat2u Makeup products that I picked up at IMATS NY. They had a 3 for $25.00 deal going on so I decided to try out some lip products. Tat2u Makeup is a brand that I have wanted to try for quite a while now. I was so happy that they were at IMATS so that I could play with the makeup in person and see what the brand is all about.  Tat2u Makeup is owned by college sweethearts Jenna and Jason. Their products are Cruelty Free, Paraben Free, Gluten Free, Vegan Friendly, and made in the USA.

Tat2u Makeup Tat2u Lash Mascara $16.00
Tat2u Makeup
First up is their Tat2 Lash. Jenna gave me this mascara to try and said that her customers rave about it. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this mascara because I'm really picky with them in general. When I used this for the first time I was SO impressed. It gives amazing volume, length, and separates your lashes. I LOVE this mascara!

Tat2u Makeup Lip Creme Extreme in Forever Yours $14.00
Tat2u Makeup
Next up is their Lip Cream Extreme in Forever Yours. This shade is a rich rose with a frosty shimmer. It is a super creamy gloss that has awesome pigmentation and isn't sticky at all. I am not a huge fan of lip gloss in general but I actually love this and have been using it often!
Tat2u Makeup

Tat2u Makeup Matte Lipstick in New Generation $16.00
Tat2u Makeup
Last is their matte lipstick in New Generation. It reminds me of the 90's lip. It is a light plum color and has great pigmentation. Its a bit drying like most matte lipsticks so its best to apply a lip balm to moisturize your lips before using. It has a little bit of a clay smell to the lipstick but that is normal for some lipsticks. This is a really nice matte lipstick but surprisingly, I prefer the Lip Cream Extreme over it.

Here are swatches of the two lip products:

Here is a picture of me wearing the Tat2u Lash and Matte Lipstick in New Generation:

Overall, I was really impressed with this brand. Their products are an awesome quality and have great pigmentation. I also love that they are cruelty free. I would definitely purchase from Tat2u Makeup again and highly recommend them!

Review: Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth and Master Conceal By Face Studio

Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to review two new Maybelline products;  Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth By Face Studio and Maybelline Master Conceal By Face Studio. I have read great things about both product so I decided to give them a try. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on each!
Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth and Master Conceal By Face Studio

Maybelline Face Studio Master Prime Blur and Smooth (Primer and Base) $9.99 at Ulta
Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth and Master Conceal By Face Studio
Here is what is said about this product on the Maybelline site:
"Our face primer has ultra-blurring spheres in 3 weightless, water-based formulas, that fight your biggest skin concerns.Skin looks flawless, yet feels fresh and light. Blur + Smooth - Smooths uneven skin texture. Dermatologist and allergy tested. Suitable for sensitive skin and all skin types. Does not clog pores."
Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth and Master Conceal By Face Studio
I am really loving this primer! It is light and doesn't feel greasy at all which is a huge plus. It has no particular scent. I do feel that it helps mask my pores and make my skin look more smooth and even. I haven't broken out from it or anything either. I have been using this non-stop and haven't been reaching for any other primer.

Maybelline Face Studio Master Conceal Correcting Concealer in Light/Medium $8.99 at Ulta
Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth and Master Conceal By Face Studio
Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth and Master Conceal By Face Studio
Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth and Master Conceal By Face Studio
This concealer is supposed to be full coverage and camouflage imperfections as well as dark circles. Its super creamy and is definitely a thicker consistency concealer. A little DEFINITELY goes a long way. You really don't need much at all. Nothing more than a pea size for both under eyes. I feel that this does a pretty good job at covering my dark circles and blemishes. I also don't find it to crease at all during the day. I apply this with the tip of my ring finger. I think that this is the best way to apply this concealer. I am really loving this concealer and have been using it everyday. I highly recommend it.

Have you tried either of these Maybelline products? Post your comments below!
