Review: Valentia True Glow Eye Cream and Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask*

Review: Maybelline Face Studio Master Contour

Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the new Maybelline Face Studio Master Contour kits. Every beauty brand has come out with their on contour kits and these one caught my eye. This palette comes in Light/Medium and Medium/Dark. I decided to pick both up since there was a sale at CVS and I got these at a discounted price. Keep reading to hear my thoughts.

Maybelline Face Studio Master Contour
Both palettes come with a contour, blush, and highlight shade, The Medium/Dark contour shade is a matte warm bronze color. It wasn't too orange in my opinion. The blush is a shimmery coral with gold flecks. Its not overly shimmery and reminds me alot of the Balm Hot Mama blush and the Nars Orgasm blush. The highlight is a shimmery champagne shade. I really liked all three shades in this palette.

Review: Milani Everyday Eyes Powder Eyeshadow Collection in Bare Necessities

Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the new Milani Everyday Eyes Powder Eyeshadow Collection in Bare Necessities. I used to use Milani eyeshadows back in high school and thought that they were really good. I didn't really hop on the band wagon when they came out with their new shadows however, after seeing Elle's review of this palette on her blog Elle Sees, I had to pick it up! Keep reading to hear my thoughts.

Milani Everyday Eyes Powder Eyeshadow Collection in Bare Necessities $9.99

This palette comes with two matte shadows and four shimmer shadows. The colors range from champage shades, to deep bronze shades.

There are 6 different color palettes to choose. This palette seemed like the one that I would use the most as I tend to gravitate towards neutral shades.

The palette itself is nothing spectacular but I wasn't really concerned with the packaging. The quality of the shadows are far more important.

Review: Korres Wild Rose Vitamin C Petal Peel*

Hey Guys,
Today I am going to share my thoughts on the KORRES Wild Rose Vitamin C Petal Peel. I have used their body butters before and really liked them so i was super excited to be able to try out some of their skincare products. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on this two step peel system!

Korres Wild Rose Vitamin C Petal Peel
Here is what is said about these products on the Sephora site:
"Peel, heal, and reveal brighter, petal-soft skin—naturally. A powerful natural alternative to chemical peels, this advanced vitamin C brightening system supports natural cell renewal, helps smooth the appearance of fine lines and discolorations, and gives skin an instant boost of radiance. Step one, an aloe-based Activating Peel Gel, cleanses the skin while it opens pores to allow the active ingredients in step two to penetrate deeper. A 10 percent concentration of natural fruit, glycolic, and sugar-derived lactic AHAs peel away dead outer skin cells and remove impurities, dirt, and excess sebum without irritation. An equal concentration of healing aloe simultaneously soothes and softens skin. Step two, an intensive Brightening & Revealing Peel Mask, contains an additional dose of 10 percent AHAs and natural pomegranate enzymes for additional peeling, exfoliating, and resurfacing action. Vitamin C rich wild rose oil is boosted with pure, stabilized vitamin C to brighten skin while and aloe vera and hyaluronic acid heal, hydrate, and plump. "

Lavanila Vanilla Bean Creamy Body Scrub

On to my thoughts:
I really enjoyed this body scrub! It is creamy yet gritty at the same time. This scrub smells AMAZING! It reminds me of a creamy vanilla coffee drink of some sort. I really enjoy vanilla scented products and this scrub is right up my alley. The crushed Madagascar vanilla beans add just the right amount of texture to help exfoliate the dead skin off your body. My skin felt nice and soft after using this scrub.I hear great things about the LAVANILA fragrance line and would love to try out those products next.

Play! By Sephora December 2015 & January 2016

Overall, I wasn't impressed with the December box. I am getting bored with tiny little eyeliner samples and a bunch of skincare. Also, I didn't like the paper samples or itsy bitsy little samples. I was glad to see the the January box was much better. The items interested me more and I was happy to see the big sample of the Clinique Chubby Stick. I loved the Sephora Green Tea Eye Mask! I'm not sure if I am going to cancel this box or not. I will wait a few more months then decide.
