Today I am going to share my thoughts on the Tarte Greatest Glitz Collector's Set. I recieved this set for Christmas and am just getting around to reviewing it. This set was $49.00 and was exclusive to Ulta but it is no longer available. Just a heads up...this is a very picture heavy post.
