With the holidays right around the corner, I wanted to share my favorite red lip products. I don't wear red that often. Probably a handful of times a year. However, it always photographs so pretty! Blue based red lipstick also makes your teeth look whiter! My favorite times of the year to wear red lip products are Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and the 4th of July. Below are some of my favorite brands and shades that are my go-tos when rocking a red lip. This is an oldie but goodie. It's currently only available on the ColourPop site which I have linked above. This is a matte deepended red. Lippie stix are super pigmented and very comfortable on the lips. The best part is they are only $7.00.

Some of my old favs are no longer available including Booty. However, Trust Me is a shade that is very similar. Its a matte x formula so its even more matte than Bichette and super creamy. This shade is a vivid true red. Its currently out of stock on the Ulta site and on the ColourPop site.

F.AR.A.H. Brushes recently launched a whole liquid lipstick line. I got the opportunity to try out the new matte boss liquid lip pigments and I am very impressed! They are very pigmented, comfortable on the lips, and last a LONG time. This shade called Farah is a blue toned red which makes your teeth look super white! Its also a great red for the holidays. Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipstick in Fire Starter
This is one of my favorite drugstore finds. I love these liquid lipsticks and they are so affordable! This is another matte red that makes your teeth look whiter. I tend to prefer blue toned reds because of this.
This is another really long wearing matte liquid lipstick. Its described as a blood red and also notes that it makes the teeth appear whiter. When I am looking for a lipstick that will stay put for hours, I always reach for these liquid lipsticks.

I actually have this as a deluxe sample and really like it. The formula is really nice and again its very pigmented and long wearing. Its described as a true red.

If you are not a fan of liquid lipsticks this is a great red lipstick in bullet form. This is more of a classic true red. Its matte but not drying but you will need to reapply after eating or drinking. I have yet to try this trick but I have seen people adding loose setting powder on top of their lipstick to prevent transfer!

Gerard Cosmetics lip liners are some of my favorites. They are extremely creamy, pigmented, and glide on so smoothly! Immortal is the same true red as the HydraMatte liquid lipstick above.

I wanted to throw in this red lip liner because I love that these lip pencils are retractable. They are very affordable and have nice pigmentation. This does have a warmer red tone to it but works great as a liner with many red lipsticks.

These are another one of my favorite lip liner formulas. Super creamy and pigmented and very affordable. Frenchie is the lip liner that I have but its discontinued. Its a warmer red but Bossy is a new shade available at Ulta. Bossy is considered a classic red and can work on its own or paired with a red lipstick.

This is the perfect pair for the Lippie Stix in Bichette that I mentioned above. A more deepened red if you are looking for something red but not super bright.
