L-R: Porcelain, Fair, Fair/Light, Light, & Light/Medium

On to my thoughts:
I wasn't quite sure if I was going to like this mainly because I normally prefer medium to full coverage foundations that are a natural or matte finish. I do however like the ingredients in this foundation and the claims really interested me. I chose to swatch only the lighter shades so that I could gift the medium/darker shades. The swatches above look a little bit different on my face. The shades that match me the best are the light and light/medium shades. I can really use both of them. I do agree that this is a very light coverage foundation. I still use a more full coverage concealer with it since I have pretty dark circles. I also set this foundation with a powder to prolong the foundation and also to help control oil since I have combo/oily skin. I am pretty impressed with this foundation! This is a great everyday foundation to wear to work. It lasts pretty darn good throughout the day. I only experienced fading on my chin and nose which are the problematic areas for me. After wearing the foundation for 11-ish hours my makeup still looked really good! I agree with the claims that it blurs imperfections and evens skin tone creating a healthy, fresh finish. I think this is a great go to foundation for everyday wear. I still prefer a more full coverage foundation but I was really surprised how much I liked this foundation. I think this would also be a great foundation for teens first getting into makeup or people that just prefer a light/natural makeup look.

Review: CoverGirl Clean Fresh Collection
L-R: Translucent, Opal Dreams, So Glitty, & Pink Thrill

On to my thoughts:

I was hesitant to try this cream/stick highlighter because I don't really use cream products. I decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised! I applied the Glow Stick to my finger then lightly patted onto my cheek bones. The two shades that I tried were Opal Dreams and So Glitty. I didn't quite understand the Translucent shade. Pink Thrill was a bit too dark for me right now (as a highlighter). These Glow Sticks give a very pretty subtle glow. You are not going to get a blinding highlight with these but more of a soft pretty glow to your skin. The cooling sensation is really nice and I'm sure that would be great for the summer months! I would recommend these if you want a subtle glow. (Keep an eye out for video swatches coming soon in Instagram! They give a much better idea of what the shades look like in real life!)

Clean Fresh Cream Blush $10.99

Here is what is said about this product on the CoverGirl site:
"Go ahead and blush! Infused with hyaluronic acid, COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Cream Blush hydrates and plumps up cheeks for a fresh, dewy glow. It comes in a variety of high-pigment shades, so you can choose a natural blush shade for day, then show off a more adventurous evening look with a bold dash of color."

  • 100% VEGAN BLUSH
  • ALL-DAY, EVERY DAY: Long-lasting, natural cream blush ideal for everyday wear
Here are swatches of the Cream Blushes:
Review: CoverGirl Clean Fresh Collection
L-R: Sweet Innocence, Flushed, Butterflies, and Ripe & Ready

On to my thoughts:
These colors look very bold in my swatches but when applying to your face they are much softer. That being said...I have a really hard time with cream products. The only shade that I tried was Butterflies and while the color was really pretty, I struggled at applying it. I have never been good at applying cream blushes/highlighters. I feel like when I apply these products I take off the product or mess up the product underneath it. I tried to blend out the blush and ended up messing up my foundation. It applied in one area on my cheek with my finger and then tried a brush. It looked blotchy and didn't spread out nicely. Maybe I didn't use enough product?  I went over it with regular powder blush to fix my makeup. I wouldn't say it was the product that was faulty but rather the user. I just don't know how to correctly apply cream products and always take off my foundation by accident. Therefore, I just stay away from them. lol On a positive note, the colors look really pretty! They have a shimmery/slightly metallic sheen. I like the range of blush shades offered.  These are not for me but I would recommend these if you are a fan of cream blushes.

Here are swatches of the Tinted Lip Oils:
Review: CoverGirl Clean Fresh Collection
L-R: Juiced, Quench, Fresh Squeezed, Bad Apple, Swipe Ripe, & Sour Grapes

On to my thoughts:
I have mixed feelings about these. Lets start with the negatives...they have a slight taste to them which I do not like. With all lip products, we tend to eat them throughout the day. More so with lip glosses and oils since they are slippery. So I tasted the oil for a good part of the day which I did not enjoy. I also didn't love the color range. I am not a fan of bright pinks and most of these were on the brighter side. I wish there were some more neutral pink shades like a rose or maybe even a nude/brown? On the positive side, they smell really nice and feel great on the lips! They do leave a slight stain on the lips but even with the darkest shade the tint was pretty light. Sour Grapes is my favorite shade. It applies as a purple/mauve shade and as it wears off its a pinkish tint left over. These are not for me. However, if you like lip oils and are a fan of pink shades then you may like these.

Overall, there were some hits and misses for me in the collection. I don't think any of the products were bad but it was more about preference. My favorite product from the collection is the Skin Milk Foundation. I think its a great everyday natural looking foundation. I also liked the Glow Sticks for a more natural subtle glow. The lip oils were okay I just didn't like the taste and wish they had more color range. The cream blushes just didn't work for me. I think this line is a great line for someone to try out if they are a teenager, new to makeup, prefer a more natural makeup look, or just like more "clean" products.

HUGE thanks to CoverGirl for giving me the opportunity to try out all of these products and share them with all of you!
