Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my favorite fall/winter boot styles. I have a very large boot collection and honestly wear boots 3 out of the 4 seasons of the year. There are so many styles and brands to choose from at all different price points. There is really a boot out there for everyone. Below I will share my favorite styles as well as pictures of a few from own personal boot collection. I will also leave some shoppable links of boots for each category below . Keep reading to hear more about my favorites!
This is my all time favorite boot style. I have been wearing them since I was in elementary school and always felt so badass with them on. I have close to 10 pairs of combat boots alone. They are a mix of flat combat boots and heeled combat boots. They are just my vibe all around. The are also the boots that scream "fall" to me. My favorite pair has to be my most recent purchase of Doc Marten dupes that I got from TJ Maxx. My second favorite pair are my snakeskin heeled Combat Boots that I got from Shoedazzle. A last favorite that I own is more of a work boot style similar to heeled Timberland boots.

Riding boots are another fall favorite when I think of boots for this time of year. I used to live in riding boots, leggings, and long sweaters a few years ago and actually need to upgrade mine this year. I normally like to have a basic brown/cognac pair and black pair that will go with a majority of my fall and winter wardrobe. My favorite stores to buy riding boots are Charlotte Russe and Shoedazzle/Just Fab. However, depending on your budget you can find some really affordable riding boots at Amazon and DSW too!

These are my second favorite type of boot to wear. Booties are more of a broad term as they can be any type of boot that comes to your ankle or ankle area. For me, the main booties that I wear are heeled booties. I have ones that come a bit past my ankle but I don't really know what you would call those. I will group them all in this bootie category. I have a ton of booties as well. As mentioned, most are heeled and tend to be more "dressy" compared to my other boots. However, some of my favorites are the more casual or out of the box ones that I own. My all time favorite "booties" are chunky heeled side zip leather boots that I purchased from H&M several years ago. They are kind of similar to Chelsea boots style wise. They are pretty heavy but they look so cool on. I don't remember the name of them but I will try to find similar ones. They totally give me a 90s vibe and I reach for them when I want a more edgy look. Aside from that I have a few pair of black go to booties when I need a more dressy boot.

"OTK" Boots are boots that I reach for when I am looking for a more sexy or dressy vibe. They can bring your outfit to a whole other level and turn basic into chic. I have owned a few different pairs of OTK boots but my favorite are actually flats. They are from Fashion Nova and extremely comfortable. Depending on your body type you may prefer OTK boots that tie at the top. That is what I prefer because I have thicker legs and the tops are more comfortable for me. There is nothing cuter than a plaid skirt paired with a blouse/sweater and OTK boots. Its definitely one of my favorite holiday looks.

The last style of boots that I love to wear in the fall/winter are comfy/cozy type boots. The style I am referring to are Ugg/BearPaw style boots that normally come to your calf area and are line with sheep wool or sherpa. Over the years I have owned my fair share of Ugg boots but I actually prefer the BearPaw brand now because I feel like they hold their shape better and have more traction on the bottom. I love wearing these style boots on really cold days with a pair of leggings and oversized sweatshirt or sweater. They also look cute with jeans and a sweater or button up.
