Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the new e.l.f. Cosmetics SRSLY Satin Lipsticks. I have wanted to try the KKW Beauty Lipsticks for quite a while and these kind of remind me of those for a fraction of the cost. I decided to pick a couple up to check out the formula. Keep reading to hear more about these lipsticks and my overall impression of them!

I chose this shade because I mainly stick to nudes. It didn't look too light when I was watching lip swatch videos of these lipsticks. However, after trying it out, the color is way too light on me on its own. It looks more pale peach on me than on other people that I saw wearing it. To make it more wearable on me I pair it with a darker nude brown lip liner or layer it in the center on top of Nectar.

I saw this shade on @yurigmakeup and loved it on her so I decided to pick it up. This color actually looks great on its own as well as paired with a liner. I think that this is a great everyday color for me. It looks alot more like a "my lips but better" shade than in the pic above. I would consider it a deeper peachy/pink nude.

Here are swatches of each lipstick:

When it comes to the formula I think that its really nice! Is it my all time favorite? No, but I say its pretty darn good for a $3.00 lipstick. The lipsticks have nice pigmentation and are creamy without being TOO creamy. They are comfortable on the lips and are a nice hybrid between a creme and a matte lipstick. The wear time is like a normal lipstick. It may last after drinking but not eating. I would definitely reapply them throughout the day. The packaging is kind of cheap but the see through plastic makes it easy to find the shade that you are looking for. Formula wise, I can't say how they compare to the KKW lipsticks as I haven't tried them yet. (If you have tried both let me know your thoughts below!) However, since they are so inexpensive I do think that they are worth trying out to see if you like them.

Have you tried these e.l.f. SRSLY Satin lipsticks? Let me know below!
