Of course there will be things that are a hit or miss but their returns are so easy. I wanted to share my favorite finds as of lately in the home, fashion, and misc categories. Quick At Home HIIT Workouts

My blog has been strictly about beauty and fashion for the past 6-7 years and I've decided to switch things up a bit. While I still plan to mainly talk about beauty and fashion I want to incorporate some lifestyle posts into it as well. Yes, beauty/fashion is a huge passion of mine but I also love home decorating, food, and working out. From time to time I am going to post some different content on my blog. It might be a recipe that I really loved or a home fashion haul or something workout related.

Today I am going to share some of my favorite quick workouts that I do at home that do not require any equipment. I have more workout equipment than your average person. I have a bunch of Olympic weights and a Concept 2 Rower left from my ex husband. I also have a kettle bell, a sled, and a treadmill that I bought off of Craigslist. I have a small one car garage where most of my equipment lives and where I work out half of the time. While its easy to work out in my garage in the summer, the floors are not finished and I still park my car in there so it can get pretty dirty in the winter. Because of that and the fact that it gets pretty cold in there in the winter,  I have found some quick HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts online that I can do in my own living room. They also do not require any equipment.

Most of my workouts are between 8-20 minutes long. I always warm up on my treadmill first running a mile each time which equates to about 10 minutes for me. I usually do an ab workout later in the night as well.

Primark Workout Clothes Haul & Try On

Primark recently opened at a mall near me. Prior to its opening I hadn't ever shopped there before. One opened in Boston around 6 months ago. I hear its huge and is 3 or 4 floors. I decided to check out the one at the South Shore Plaza since it is only a 20 minute drive from my house. For those of you unfamiliar with Primark, its an Irish clothing retailer. It is very similar to H&M and Forever 21 in the sense that they have super affordable prices and are always staying ahead of trends. The retailer sells men's, women's, and children's fashion as well as beauty and home decor. The store was big but  not as big as the Boston location. My main purpose was to go with Colin and help him find some restort attire for our upcoming vacation. We found so many great deals and the trip was a success. Of course I picked up a few things for myself. They had a section for workout clothes so I decided to check it out since I haven't bought new gear in a while. Review: Influenster C9 at Target VoxBox*

Hey Guys,

Today I am going to share my thoughts on the C9 sports bra that came in my C9 at Target VoxBox. I recieved this product compliments of Influenster for testing and review purposes. I was excited to try out a new sports bra since it is something that is very useful to me. I work out 3-4x a week and am always on the lookout for new fashionable and comfortable workout clothes. Influenster is a really cool program and is a great way to try out new products! For those of you unfamiliar with Influenster, it is a site that works with different brands to promote their products. As an Influenster you link up all of your social media accounts. The more active you are in social media, the better chance you have at getting chosen for Voxboxes. However, some Voxboxes can be completely random or very specific having to do with specific demographics. You also complete quizzes on different subjects to become "experts" in that area.  I recieved the Frosty VoxBox for testing and review purposes. I think that this box had a good variety of products in it from food items to beauty!  Keep reading to hear about this
