Review: Bite Beauty Lip Products

Hi Ladies!
Today I wanted to share two Bite Beauty products that I purchased a while ago. I have been so busy with a list of other reviews that I am just getting around to sharing these. Bite Beauty is one of my favorite high end brands when it comes to lip products. All of their products are made with natural and organic ingredients and are packed with antioxidants. Some of their ingredients include fruit butters. I hear you could eat their products if you really wanted to....but I'd rather wear them on my lips. :)  They are most known for their amazing pigmentation and moisture benefits. I picked up two products from their line; a Matte Creme Lip Crayon and a Luminous Creme Lipstick.

Matte Creme Lip Crayon in Sucre $24.00
Sucre is described as a warm pink however I feel like it has a hint of coral in it. I feel that this color really compliments my skin tone and looks great with a ton of different eye makeup looks. I would say this is pretty matte but don't find it drying. It has decent wear and stays on for about 4 hours without fading. It does need to be touched up after eating and drinking. I like that these Lip Crayons are slim as they make it alot easier to get a clean line when applying. This is one of my favorite products right now.

Luminous Creme Lipstick in Granache $24.00
Granache is described as a cool pink. I agree with this but think that it also has hints of violet in it. It is similar to the Creme Lipstick in Violet but its not as bright. I really like this color and think it is very wearable. I tend to wear this color with more cool toned eye looks. I like to pair it with purples or silver/taupes. This also has great wear time but doesn't last as long as the Sucre. The formula is more glossy than the Matte Creme Lip Crayon.

Both lip products are extremely pigmented and I really recommend both. The only negative thing about these two Bite Beauty products is the price tag. $24 is the most I have ever paid for a lip product. I would definitely own a lot more of these products if the price tag was a little less. That being said, I still think the that they are worth the price. In the past, Bite has come out with a High Pigment Pencil Kit and a Mini Luminous Creme Lipstick Duo. Both are smaller versions of the full size products but also a more affordable price. I really hope that Bite comes out with more of these deluxe mini kits/duos. This way I can buy more of their products without feeling guilty about the purchase!

Do you own any Bite Beauty products? What are your favorite shades? Post your comments below!
