Review: Colour Pop Lippie Stix and Pencils in Topanga, Tootsi, and I Heart This

Hey Guys,

I recently bought some more ColourPop products and wanted to share some swatches of the Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencils that I picked up!

I Heart This $5.00 

I Heart This is a red based fuchsia with a matte finish. It makes your teeth look super white and is just an overall awesome color.

Tootsi $5.00

Tootsi is a cool toned grey beige or "greige" and is another matte finish. At first I wasn't sure if I liked this color or not but it is definitely growing on me.

Topanga $5.00

Topanga is a mid toned dusty coral with a satin finish. I really like this color for the summer and think it will look great once I have a tan. I love that this color was named after Topanga from Boy Meets World. I LOVED that show growing up.

Overall, I was pretty happy with all three colors that I chose. They are all very different and aren't really like anything that I already own.

ColourPop Lippie Stix and Pencil in Dalia and Grind

Hey Guys,

When I recently purchased the ColourPop x Shaaanxo shadow foursome I also picked up some more Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencils to quality for free shipping on the order. Below are the colors that I chose.

ColourPop Lippie Stix and Pencil in Grind $5.00 each

Grind is a vivid blue violet in a matte finish. It is definitely not you everyday lip color and not a color everyone would like. Kathleen Lights did a review of a bunch of Lippie Stix and this was one of them. I really liked it on her so that is why I picked it up. This will be a fun color to wear in the Spring. Its definitely edgy but I will see if I can pull it off. It has awesome pigmentation like all the other Lippie Stix and Pencils that I own.

Ever since ColourPop came out with their Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencils I have been obsessed. I purchased a few but asked for a ton for Christmas. Below are all the ones that I got. I wanted to show you guys swatches and give you my thoughts on each in case you plan to purchase any. Like their shadows, all of the Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencils are only $5.00 each.

Review: ColourPop Cosmetics Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencil in Bichette and Brink

Hi Ladies!
Today I'm going to share with you some ColourPop products that I recently purchased. If you are unfamiliar with ColourPop, it is a newer cosmetic brand that is cruelty free and made in the U.S.A. They exploded into the industry with their insanely pigmented pressed pigments and shadows that are a unique texture and only $5.00 each! You can check out my review of some of their shadows HERE. This fall they launched their Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencils in a variety of shades and finishes. These are also only $5.00 each.

Here are the ones that I picked up!

ColourPop Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencil in Bichette

Bichette is considered a deep wine colored lipstick with a matte finish. I would consider this more of a red with a pink undertones than a deep wine color. It is super pigmented and long wearing. Even though it is a matte lipstick, its not super drying. I always make sure to apply some lip balm to my lips before using any matte lipsticks to keep them moisturized. Using the lippie pencil makes it alot easier to get a clean line since this is such a dark color. 

ColourPop Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencil in Brink

Brink was curated by well-known Instagram celeb Brittany Suleiman. It is a mate dusty rose/pink and was inspired by the Kylie Jenner lip color. I absolutely love this color! It is so flattering and so easy to wear. I think this would be a great color on many different skin tones. I have been wearing this color a ton lately. As you can see above its very creamy and pigmented.

Overall, I'm VERY impressed with the ColourPop lip products so far. I have a BUNCH more on my Christmas list so hopefully I will be reviewing more of these in the near future. They are extremely pigmented and creamy and are so awesome. I think everyone should give these babies a try considering their amazing price tag!
