Review: Urban Decay Naked 3

Hi Ladies!
Here is another product that I received for Christmas. The highly anticipated Naked 3 Palette! After reading the reviews of other beauty bloggers and YouTube sensations I was kind of unsure if I wanted it anymore. To my surprise, I got both the Naked 2 and Naked 3. I will be reviewing the Naked 2 and creating looks once I experiment with it a little.

Back to the Naked 3....many people said that this palette has a lot of fall out and just nothing special. I feel that the colors are pigmented and pretty. I don't wear pink as often as brown neutrals so this probably won't be my #1 go to palette however, I have used it twice so far in the past week. I understand that pink shadow isn't for some people. For me, I think I can make these colors work. I like the darker colors more than the lighter but saw some beautiful tutorials of looks you can create with a mixture of the darker and lighter shadows.

I would recommend this product if you have lighter eyes or want to experiment with pinks and rose hued shadows. I have hazel eyes that are more on the light brown side so these colors do bring out the green in my eyes. These colors look AMAZING on people with blue or green eyes. UPDATE: The more I use this palette the more I really like it!

Here are the color swatches:

My last look was inspired by SuperAshley127's look that she created with the Naked 3 Palette in her tutorial HERE. Instead of brown and gold M.A.C. pressed pigments I used a greenish gold color called Tinsel in my Too Faced A Few of My Favorite Things Palette.

For the shadows I used:

Nooner-crease and lower lash line (went in and used a smaller crease brush to emphasize this color)
Strange-brow bone
Dust-inner corner of eyes
