Hey Guys,
I'm finally getting around to reviewing the ColourPop No Filter Concealers and a couple of their new brow products. They had a freebie promotion at the time of my purchase (since they hit 5M on Instagram) so I picked up a limited edition eyeshadow and lip gloss. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on these products!
ColourPop No Filter Concealer $6.00
Here is what is said about this product:
"A lightweight, creamy, full-coverage concealer formulated with soft-blurring pigments to create the ultimate matte, flawless complexion."
I picked up 3 colors since I wasn't sure which one to get.
Light with warm undertones. Recommended for light skin tones.
Light neutral with peach undertones.Recommended for light skin tones.
Beige with peach undertones.Recommended for medium skin tones.
I have been using these for over a month now and I must say that I really like these! I wouldn't say I like them as much as my beloved Tarte Shape Tape Concealers, but they come in at #2 for me! These have amazing coverage and the price is unreal! I also really like that the applicator is flat on both sides. It makes application easy, especially when highlighting down my nose. This formula is creamy and super pigmented. It blends out flawlessly. The coloring was a little tricky which is why I got three colors. Right now, I use Beige as a base (since is has a peachy tone to it) then put Light over it and blend it all out. The light neutral is too light for me right now but I think it will work better in the winter. (It better because I accidentally ordered two!) When it comes to the coloring, its kind of OPPOSITE of Tartes coloring. The Light in ColourPop is similar to Tarte's Shape Tape in Light Medium. The Light Neutral in ColourPop is similar to Tarte's Shape Tape in Light. I'm not sure what color ColourPop's Beige is close to as those are the only two Shape Tape that I own. I have been using this concealer non stop during the weekdays. I haven't noticed any creasing or fading at all. I will definitely be repurchasing these!

Below are swatches:
L-R: Beige, Light, Light Neutral
This is one of the freebies that I got in my order. This super shock shade is a metallic mauve color with a bunch of different color glitters. It has a blue and purple reflects and the color looks different on your lids as you move your head. I really am awful at describing it but its a gorgeous color! None of the limited edition products are for purchase which I think is a bad idea since these colors are all so gorgeous!
This swatch does not do this color justice! See the makeup look below to get a better idea of how it looks on the lids. It has alot of purple/blue shifts.
Ultra Glossy Lip in Nine to Five
This is my first Ultra Glossy Lip. I am not in love with glosses in general so I wasn't in love with the formula of this either. However, it isn't sticky which I like. It also is very pigmented. This is a metallic mauve and once again, my description does not do it justice. You can see better pics below!
Here is what is said about this product:
"Perfect for taming and grooming brows of all shapes and sizes. The perfect finishing touch to any brow routine! It adds definition and slicks those babies back without ever looking crunchy."
I love how small the spoolie is on this brow gel. Its similar to the spoolie on the Essence Make Me Brow and Benefit Gimme Brow. The formula itself is okay. The gel clumps alot on the spoolie which I don't love. I don't think the formula holds as well as the Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel which is holy grail status for me. I'm not really sure if I would purchase it again. I need to use it more then decide.
Here is what is said about this product:
"Get naturally, defined brows with this long wearing, mistake-proof, retractable pencil. Its buildable colour and attached spoolie make it easy to create hair-like strokes to fill in sparser areas. You’ll have perfectly feathered brows that last all day."
Like the brow gel, I have mixed feelings on this as well. I do really like the formula. I like it better than the Precision Brow as its more waxy and less creamy. That being said, it does take more product to get the look that I want. I may need to get a darker shade that is more pigmented for my brows. I usually get a light brown but I may need a darker one with this formula. It definitely gives a more natural look which is fine for the weekday. I prefer my Nyx Micro Brow for a more bold brow on the weekend. I might try this in a darker shade next time to see if I like it more. I definitely like the waxy formula better though!
Here is a look that I created using all of these products!
Overall, I was really happy with all of these products! I can't say enough good things about ColourPop and the quality of their products. Now if only they would come out with foundation!Have you tried any of these products? Which product interests you the most? Post your comments below!
