Review: City Color Cosmetics Contour Stick and Cream Highlight*

Hey Guys,
Today I am going to share my thoughts on the City Color Cosmetics Contour Stick and Cream Highlight. I have wanted to try a contour stick for quite a while. This one is a little different than the ones from other brands as it has a cream highlight on the other end instead of a highlight stick.

Review: Stitch Fix-Fix #11

Hey Guys,
I'm back with another Stitch Fix review! For those of you unfamiliar with Stitch Fix, it is a personal styling subscription service. You can learn more about Stitch Fix and see my previous fixes on my Subscription Reviews pageIt's been FOREVER since my last fix. I was so excited to get another one. I wasn't going to get one because I am going to NY for IMATS next month but I couldn't resist. I asked my stylist Jenni to send me some fun and unique pieces for my trip to NY. Keep reading to see what I got!

When I saw this shirt, I knew I liked it right away. I love blouse type tops and the floral print was very appropriate for spring. I wasn't too thrilled about the price but I KNEW it would be something that I would wear often. I decided to keep this piece.

Review: Ipsy Glam Bag March 2015

Hey Guys,
Another month, another Ipsy Glam Bag! For those of you unfamiliar with  Ipsy, it is a monthly beauty subscription service. For $10.00 a month, you get 4-5 deluxe to full size beauty products. To learn more you can check out my previous Ipsy reviews on my Subscription Reviews tab at the top of my blog. The theme for this month was "Floral Fantasy" which is quite appropriate since Spring is now here! I wasn't blown away with my Glam Room like last month but there was one product that got me really excited.

Review: Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick Duos- Fig/Date & Tangerine/Ligonberry

Hey Guys,
As you all know, I'm a HUGE fan of Bite Beauty. Back around Christmas, Bite Beauty came out with a bunch of mini lip products called Mix N' Mingle Lip Minis. They were only available around the Holidays and sold out fast. I was able to get the Matte Creme Lip Crayon in Glace which I love! I was at Sephora a couple weeks ago and saw that they had some more of the Luminous Creme Lipstick duos. I already have the duos in Musk/Lychee and Violet/Palomino. I decided to buy the two new ones!
Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick Duos Fig/Date

Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick Duo in Fig/Date $12.00 at Sephora
The first duo is more of a neutral pairing. Fig is a nude rose and date is a light brown nude. Both are nicely pigmented and creamy just like all the other Bite products that I own. Both are a satin finish. They aren't matte but also aren't super glossy either. They have no shimmer in them either.

Here are swatches of each:

Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick Duo Tangerine/Ligonberry
This duo is more vibrant and bright. These colors are fun and perfect for spring. Tangerine is a coral/orange and Ligonberry is a raspberry. These have the same finish and texture as the other duo. This pair excites me more since I tend to gravitate toward brighter lip colors.

Here are swatches of each:

Overall, I am so glad that I picked these up. My favorite color of the four is Ligonberry. I really love this type of color especially during the Spring. I really hope that Bite Beauty continues to put out more of these duos. I think $12.00 is a great price since you are able to get two different colors vs the $24.00 for one full sized lipstick. Who ever uses up a full lipstick anyway? Not me!

Review: City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blush in Papaya*

Hi Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the City Color Be Matte Blush in Papaya. I first tried these blushes in my Ipsy Glam Bag. The color that I tried was Melon. I was so impressed with the pigmentation and price of these blushes. I knew that I had to try more!

Here is a swatch of Papaya:
Papaya is a dusty rose color. It is super pigmented and creamy. I absolutely love this blush for an everyday cheek color. It blends so nicely and stays put all day! The size of this blush is crazy. For just under $5.00, you definitely get your money's worth. I definitely recommend this blush and can't wait to try more shades. City Color Cosmetics is such an awesome and affordable brand. Did I mention that they are cruelty free?! Stay tuned for some more reviews of their products.

Have you tried any City Color Be Matte Blushes? If so, what shades? Post your comments below!

*I was sent this product for review purposes. However, the thoughts and opinions in this post are my own. I am always 100% honest in my reviews for all products discussed on my blog.
