Essence Makeup Lip Favorites*

Hey Guys,
For those of you that follow me on Instagram and Snapchat you might have seen that Essence Makeup sent me a ton of products to try out. I've been testing them out for about a month and wanted to share my favorite products from the bunch. Since I have a lot that I feel are worth sharing, I decided to break them up in categories. This post will discuss my favorite lip products that I have been testing out. Keep reading to hear about the products and see swatches!

In this post I will be talking about three different types of Essence lipsticks. Their new Matt Matt Matt Lipsticks, Long Lasting Lipsticks, and Nude Long Lasting Lipsticks. I don't have the full line but have a few from each collection. 

Although a low priced line, their little details such as their stamped logo on their lipsticks make them feel luxurious.

Review: ColourPop She Palette

Today I am going to share my thoughts on the ColourPop She Palette. For those of you unfamiliar with this palette, it is one of the products in Karrueche Tran's newest ColourPop collection called Fem Rosa. This palette is being restocked today at 10 a.m./pst (1 p.m./e.s.t.). The collection also includes lip products and a face palette. ColourPop x Karrueche She Palette $16.00

 This palette contains 12 shadows that are a mix of matte, satin, and metallic finishes. There are four mattes, one satin, and seven metallic shadows. The palette is said to be primarily mauve tones. It is mostly a cool toned palette.

Review: ColourPop Yes Please Palette

Today I am gong to share my thoughts on the ColourPop Yes, Please! Palette. This is ColourPop's first 12 pan palette. It has been selling like hot cakes and it has been restocked 3 times so far. It will be restocked for a 4th time today August 10th at 10 a.m./P.S.T. (1 p.m./E.S.T.). I believe this palette is limited edition and not sure how much longer it will be available. This palette contains 12 shadows. It includes 8 matte shadows and 4 metallic shadows. The shadow is full of warm orange and gold tones that were inspired by "Golden Hour" as the ColourPop site mentions. 

July Favorites

Hey Guys,

I'm a bit late on posting my favorites for July but still wanted to get a video filmed. I just got back from Mexico last week. It was so relaxing and the weather and resort were beautiful. We did a day trip to Isle Mujeres where we took a catamaran to the island. We did some snorkeling and swimming off the boat and then docked on the island for some shopping. It was a great trip but I am happy to be home. Whenever I go on vacation I always end up missing home a bit. Check out my video below to see what I was loving for the month of July! Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my BoxyCharm for July! I was really excited when I saw the Blinc Inc. palette we were going to be getting and that they were also featuring ColourPop and Bare Minerals. For those of you unfamiliar with BoxyCharm, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 4-5 FULL SIZED products each month. The subscription is $21.00 a month and usually has a theme. The theme for the month of July was "Cutie Pie". Primark Workout Clothes Haul & Try On

Hey Guys,
Primark recently opened at a mall near me. Prior to its opening I hadn't ever shopped there before. One opened in Boston around 6 months ago. I hear its huge and is 3 or 4 floors. I decided to check out the one at the South Shore Plaza since it is only a 20 minute drive from my house. For those of you unfamiliar with Primark, its an Irish clothing retailer. It is very similar to H&M and Forever 21 in the sense that they have super affordable prices and are always staying ahead of trends. The retailer sells men's, women's, and children's fashion as well as beauty and home decor. The store was big but  not as big as the Boston location. My main purpose was to go with Colin and help him find some restort attire for our upcoming vacation. We found so many great deals and the trip was a success. Of course I picked up a few things for myself. They had a section for workout clothes so I decided to check it out since I haven't bought new gear in a while.
